Some Good News

Instead of the doom and gloom I feel like writing, here's a bit of encouraging news. House Republicans had the House Rules committe remove the ANWR drilling provision from the budget bill that's going to the House floor today. Link Of course, Bill Frist had to say that the Senate Republicans were going to work on getting that drilling started despite what the House says...but, I'm going to look on the brightside and believe that moderate Senate Republicans will do what's right and remove that drilling provision. I know, I'm being optimistic.
