Random recap

Flandis wins! I don't know if anyone saw his face after the final Alps stage or after the TT but if you did, you can see how intense he is. Scary.

Sen. Arlen Specter is preparing a bill that will allow a suit to be brought against the President for all those signing statements. Let the games begin.

I convinced tpgal and MWR to attend the friendly match between Real Madrid and DC United next month in Seattle. I apparently have a long term case of World Cup fever.

Rock Star:Supernova is scary tv.

The heat wave in Seattle has forced us to sleep in the living room for the past 3 nights. I can't take it anymore.

Oh, man, you didn't say it was going to be friendly! Now I'm having second thoughts.

I guess the constitutional prohibition against ex post facto laws only applies to criminal laws. I love being reminded that little details like that still exist somewhere in my penumbral recollections of law school.

We had to sleep in our basement -- it was 95 degrees in our bedroom at 11:00 pm on Sat. and Sun. Argh! Thank goodness it's starting to cool down...

So, no blog entry about the latest doping scandal involving Flandis? I was counting on you to know the inside scoop! ;)
